Open the app, go to Settings and tap Delete account. Your account goes straight away, and with it everything our server holds because of it: the backup of your recipe book, plan, list, pantry and photographs, your place in a household you share, and any shop you connected. If another phone is in your household, it keeps its own copy of the book. What is on your phone stays on your phone, and deleting the app removes that.
You can also ask us to do it, at the address below.
Open the app, go to Settings → Privacy and turn off Share how you use the app. Nothing further is sent from that moment. In the UK, the EEA and Switzerland it starts off already.

Usage counts, crash reports and feedback are not tied to your account, so deleting the account does not remove them. To have the records from one particular phone removed, send the installation identifier shown in Settings → Privacy; otherwise say which app and we will remove what we can identify.
We action these within 30 days.
Your location, your contacts, and any advertising identifier. Your recipes, list, plan and pantry are readable only by the phones in your own household.
