To assemble

    Method

    For the pickle dip

    1. Finely chop 1 cup of dill pickles and 1/4 cup of fresh dill.

    2. In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, ranch seasoning, 1 cup of chopped pickles, 1/4 cup of chopped dill, and pickle juice.

    3. Mix thoroughly until smooth and evenly combined.

    For the crispy breadcrumb topping

    1. Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat.

    2. Add the panko breadcrumbs and cook, stirring frequently, until deep golden brown and crispy, 4–6 minutes.

    3. Remove from the heat and allow to cool completely.

    To assemble

    1. Fold half of the cooled, crispy breadcrumbs into the pickle dip mixture until evenly distributed.

    2. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl.

    3. Top with the remaining crispy breadcrumbs, extra chopped pickles, and chopped fresh dill.

    4. Serve with potato chips for dipping.
