Ingredients

For the square pizza

  • 1 canned pizza dough sheet
  • 2 tbsp pizza sauce
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 10 mini pepperoni slices

For the smiley fries

  • 1 medium potato, peeled
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil for frying
  • 1 pinch salt

For the veggies

  • 1/4 cup frozen peas
  • 1/4 cup sliced carrots
  • 1 tsp butter

For the brownie

  • 1 brownie square
  • 1 tbsp chocolate frosting
  • 1 tbsp mini candy-coated chocolates
  • To serve
  • 1 carton chocolate milk

Method

For the square pizza

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Cut a small rectangle out of the pizza dough sheet.

  3. Spread pizza sauce over the dough, top with mozzarella cheese, and arrange mini pepperoni slices on top.

  4. Bake until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbling, 8–10 minutes.

For the smiley fries

  1. Cut the potato into 1/2-inch thick rounds, then use a round cutter or spoon to shape smiley faces.

  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat, then fry the potato smiles until golden and crispy, 3–4 minutes.

  3. Transfer to a bowl and season with a pinch of salt.

For the veggies

  1. Sauté frozen peas and sliced carrots with butter in a small pan until tender, 2–3 minutes.

For the brownie

  1. Spread chocolate frosting over the brownie square and arrange mini candy-coated chocolates on top to mimic a cosmic brownie.

To serve

  1. Arrange the pizza, smiley fries, peas and carrots, brownie, and chocolate milk carton on a cafeteria tray.
