Remove excess sauce coating.
Grill over direct charcoal heat to medium-rare, 3–4 minutes per side.
Submerge the ribeye steak completely in Guinness stout in a dish.
Marinate or age in the refrigerator for 24 hours.

Remove from the stout and grill over direct charcoal heat to medium-rare, 3–4 minutes per side.
Slather the ribeye steak generously with Biscoff spread, then coat thoroughly with crushed Biscoff cookies.
Dry age in the refrigerator for 3 days.

Scrape off all the Biscoff coating before cooking.
Grill over direct charcoal heat to medium-rare, 3–4 minutes per side.
Coat the entire steak thickly with French onion dip.

Spread pistachio cream thickly all over the ribeye steak.
