    Method

    For the green tea

    1. Bring 5 cups of water to a boil in a saucepan.

    2. Add 3 green tea bags and simmer gently for 4 minutes.

      Then 4 min of waiting

    3. Turn off the heat and allow the tea to steep while you make the peach syrup.

    For the peach syrup

    1. In a separate pot, combine 5 cups of water, the sliced peaches, lemon juice, and raw cane sugar.

    2. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves.

    3. Reduce the heat to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes to extract the peach flavor.

      Then 15 min of waiting

    4. Remove the pot from the heat and let the syrup cool completely to room temperature.

      Then 20 min of waiting

    To serve

    1. Strain the steeped green tea into a large pitcher or bowl through a fine-mesh sieve, discarding the tea bags.

    2. Strain the cooled peach syrup into the same pitcher, discarding the cooked peach slices.

    3. Stir in 1 cup of cold water to dilute, then taste and adjust with extra water or sweetener if desired.

    4. Chill in the refrigerator until ice cold.

      Then 60 min of waiting

    5. Serve in glasses over ice, garnished with fresh orange slices and mint leaves.
